Oluwole is actively involved in general corporate and commercial practice with emphasis on corporate formation and restructuring, public and private issue of shares and debentures, international commercial negotiations and contractual dealings, banking and secured credit transactions, equipment leasing, communications law, laws relating to corporate investment in Nigeria, Insolvency law and practice, legal counseling on financial/fiscal related legislation. He has also been involved in several fundraising and capital market transactions.
He currently heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Unit of the Firm and is a member of the International Bar Association, Section Member Private Investment Funds; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria and the Nigeria Bar Association, Section Member, Business Law.
Olujide has extensive experience in laws relating to mortgage banking and transactions, general contract and commercial matters, litigation relating to loan/debt recoveries, insurance law, labour law and general counseling on industrial and labour related legislation. He also has expertise in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, trademarks and copyright with emphasis on trade protection and licensing arrangements. He has been involved in several Multi-Jurisdictional financial transactions and has advised and participated in several Capital Market transactions.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria (UK Branch) and a Council Member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.
Kenechi has extensive experience in Capital Market transactions, Cross Border Oil and Gas Joint Venture transactions and Corporate and Commercial Law Practice. She has worked directly on and supervised projects relating to Statutory and Industry/Deal related Due Diligence. Clients represented include reputable names in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance business sectors. She has also been involved in several Multi-Jurisdictional Financial transactions including the Agreement for the Depot Upgrade, Operations, Management and Maintenance of the Terminals for the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited in the Republic of Ghana.
ADAEZE RUBY BALOGUN – Graduated from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, in 2007 and was called to the Bar in 2008. Adaeze has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation.
STANLEY DIKE – Graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, in 2009 and was called to the Bar in 2010. Stanley has considerable experience in general commercial and civil litigation.
KHENE OMOGBEHIN – Graduated from University of Calabar in 2015 and was called to the Bar in 2016. She also has a Masters in Corporate and International Law from University of Lagos. Khene is actively involved in corporate and commercial practice, residential and property conveyancing transactions.
